Rihanna has a big date with Chris Brown today ... along with a judge, a few lawyers and a courtroom full of onlookers.

RiRi is set to take the stand as a witness against Chris Brown in his preliminary hearing, which begins at 1:45 PM PT.

Rihanna's testimony is hugely important. Will she stick to the story she told cops the night of the beating? Rihanna said Brown had beaten her before and the violence was escalating

One big question -- will Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, cross-examine Rihanna? We're told if the case goes to trial Geragos will make a big point that Rihanna was the initial aggressor, repeatedly hitting him before he began pounding on her.

Also hugely important ... the photos of Rihanna's battered face. We've published one pic graphically showing the brutality of the beating. But we're told that photo pales by comparison to photos taken the next day after the bruising and swelling settled. Those photos will almost certainly be introduced into evidence during the prelim.

The judge has rejected TV or livestream coverage. We'll have constant updates.
Will this SHYT ever end........

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is accusing Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am of assault -- but we've learned cops have targeted someone else. After last night's MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Perez posted to his Twitter:

"I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report.

No joke."But cops in Toronto tell us it was the general manager of the Black Eyed Peas -- Polo Molina -- who is under investigation and he turned himself in to police early this morning.

Here's the string of tweets Perez left on his Twitter page during the alleged beatdown early this morning:

-- I'm in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.about 5 hours ago from Sidekick--

Rihanna & Chris Brown on Game 5 Guest List

Rihanna and former boyfriend Chris Brown are reportedly on the guest list for Game 5 of the NBA finals with the Los Angeles Lakers taking on the Orlando Magic.
Brown was spotted at the game wearing dark sunglasses and black clothing. The Associated Press has confirmed Rihanna is scheduled to make an appearance at the Amway Arena in Orlando.
The two were also present for Game 4 of the finals, but were not seated next to each other.
Brown, 20, pleaded not guilty in April to one count of assault and one count of making criminal threats related to an alleged domestic violence incident involving Rihanna in February. Earlier this week, Rihanna was subpoenaed to testify in Brown's trial by the Los Angeles DA's office.

Bow Wow Wants Off Columbia Records

If there’s one thing Bow Wow isn't a fan of, it's Columbia Records. Voicing his concerns, mishaps and utter disapproval through four separate video blogs, Bow Wow has publicly asked Columbia Records to release him.

Bow Wow displeased with label efforts from Columbia Records.
This probably comes as a shock seeing how Bow Wow has since retired from the genre. However, lately, Bow's been distributing tidbits of information that still ignite the notion that the Ohio native is very much a recording artist still looking to fulfill his creative needs.

Bow starts the clip off by giving a brief introduction explaining how the lackluster efforts at Columbia led him to his current actions. Remaining extremely diplomatic, Bow decided to reveal his frustrations through the videos so he could explain exactly how he felt about the label’s lack of experience on the urban side of things.

"I think Columbia's problem is that they don't know how to work with rappers. I'm really the only rapper on that label," Bow lamented. "My labelmates consist of John Legend, who they work extremely well with; BeyoncĂ©, who they work extremely well with; but when it comes to rappers, they're not really a rap label, they don't get it.”

Though these revelations may come as a surprise to the untrained eye, Bow's feathers have been ruffled since the early days of 2003. The rapper detailed mishaps starting from his third solo LP, "Unleashed."

"Every time I dropped an album, unfortunately, even from the "Wanted" album to the "Price of Fame" album even to the "Unleashed" album, every time I dropped an album I would notice a pattern of how many people would get fired at the label," a lethargic Bow Wow explained. "Ya’ll don’t even understand…like right in the middle of my project there was always a change at Sony."

Aside from his own turmoil with Columbia Records, the retired rapper also issued a warning to West coast rookie Nipsey Hussle, who is also signed to the Epic/Columbia Records imprint. Understanding Nipsey's raw lyrical talent, Bow suggested that Hussle switch homes as soon as possible.

"Nipsey Hussle is also on Epic, which is still Sony. I would advise him to get off the label while he can," Bow suggested. "He’s a young dude, he’s talented and I don’t want to see his talent go to waste because like I said, Columbia does not know how to work rap artists."

Later in the clips, Bow went on to continuously explain several situations in which he creatively bumped heads with Columbia. One particular instance which was a topic of discussion upon the song’s release, was Columbia's decision not to promote the R. Kelly-assisted "I'm A Flirt," a record that was initially slated to be Bow Wow's second single from his "The Price of Fame" effort.

Bow said, "I go to Columbia and say, ‘Let’s go ahead and make “I’m A Flirt” the second single.’ At the time, I’m not going to say any names, they had someone working Urban radio who didn’t know what the f*ck they were doing. The person tells me, ‘I don’t think the record is going to work. I don’t think it’s even going to chart.’"

He continued, "Next thing you know, I’m in L.A. with Lil Ronnie (the producer of “I’m A Flirt”) and I pick up a Billboard Magazine and see that the song had actually charted. It was like #50 and then it charted on some download list. I call my manager and everyone else and told them, ‘Yo, the fuc*ing “I’m A Flirt” record just charted. Ya’ll said it wasn't going to work.’ When I saw that sh*t it kind of burned me out because you mean to tell me that even with no help from Sony, a billion-dollar record label whose job is to pump out singles, this sh*t still charted?"

Towards the end, Bow Wow lays his plea on thick, genuinely requesting the powers that be at Columbia Records to let him out of his contract. "Everybody in the office at Columbia Records, do me a favor. My fans, they see it. They recognize it. They see you guys ain't working as hard as you guys used to work back in 2000," Bow Wow bargained. "It's a big difference, they see it...Can you please grant me this one wish? Columbia, can you please grant me this wish and let me go? That's all I'm asking, please let me go. Please, please, please, please, please, please. Thank y'all, I'm out."

Death Of David Carradine "Kung Fu legend"

The body of American actor David Carradine, best known for the 1970s TV series "Kung Fu," was found in a hotel room closet with ropes tied to his neck and genitals, and his death may have been accidental suffocation, Thai police said Friday.

The 72-year-old actor's body was discovered Thursday in his luxury suite at Bangkok's Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. Police initially said they suspected suicide, though Carradine's associates had questioned that theory.

Police Lt. Gen. Worapong Chewprecha told reporters that Carradine was found with a rope "tied around his penis and another rope around his neck."

"The two ropes were tied together," he said. "It is unclear whether he committed suicide or not or he died of suffocation or heart failure due to an orgasm."

'Naked, hanging in a closet'Police Lt. Teerapop Luanseng had said on Thursday that Carradine's body was found "naked, hanging in a closet," and that police at the time suspected suicide.

"All we can say is, we know David would never have committed suicide," said Tiffany Smith, of Binder & Associates, his management company. "We're just waiting for them to finish the investigation and find out what really happened.

He really appreciated everything life has to give ... and that's not something David would ever do to himself."

Carradine had flown to Thailand last week and began work on a film titled "Stretch" two days before his death, Smith said. He had several other projects lined up after the action film, which was being directed by Charles De Meaux.

Carradine was "in good spirits" when he left the United States for Thailand on May 29 to work on "Stretch," Smith said.

"David was excited to do it and excited to be a part of it," she said by phone from Beverly Hills.
DevastatedFilming began Tuesday, she said, adding that the crew was devastated by Carradine's death and did not wish to speak publicly about it for the time being.

25 TRUTHS ABOUT MEN

Why should I remind you that “I love you?” I already told you once.

I’ll do anything for sex; even commit to you for life.

I hate arguing with you. I’d much rather find a compromise.

I love long hair. Sorry, but I do.

When you speak softly, I can’t help but listen.

I need to be told “no” sometimes. Not a lot, but every now and again reminds me that you are expensive.

Please don’t ask me how you look unless you’re willing to trust my answer.

My eyes notice other women a lot more when you are upset with me.

When you’re happy with me I can’t help but want to please you.

If I don’t feel I can make you happy, it makes me feel less than a man.

I expect you to be ready when I pick you up.

Cigarettes make any woman look cheap and easy.

I'm scared if I let a woman inside my heart, she'll take advantage of me.

If you can’t stand up to me when I’m a brat, you’re too weak for me to open up to when I’m upset.

Sitting quietly next to me after you’ve made me a meal is your get-out-of-the-doghouse-free
ticket. You’ll be surprised how quickly I can forgive.

You did something hurtful. If I never bring it up, I’m considering leaving you.

I don’t read minds. Remember, I’m not a woman.

You may know fashion, but I wish you’d dress to please me, not other women.

If I’m losing my hair, it’s not funny. Would you like me to joke about your weight?

When I talk to you about golf and you act bored, it would be nice for you to remember all the
times I’ve listened to you talk about what is important to you.

The woman I love is easy to please. She appreciates the effort I put into making her happy, even if I get the details wrong.

You look hot in a dress.

I hate being told what to do when I don't ask for help. It makes me feel like you're my mother.

If you sleep over, I might eventually marry you, but I'm less motivated.

During sex my ears are as sensitive to your words as your skin is to my touch.

Usher reveals name of his new album

On Wednesday, May 20, actor and R&B singer Usher Raymond revealed the title of his upcoming album: "Monster

Usher has been working on this new project, his sixth album, in Atlanta and Las Vegas alongside producer Jermaine Dupri.

Usher released his most recent album, "Here I Stand," last year. The album received generous reviews and although it featured several chart-topping singles and reached platinum certification, it still did not sell as well as previous Usher albums.

"Monster" is expected to be released Fall 2009 and specific songs, guest appearances, and producers are expected to be revealed in the near future.

Usher also made headlines earlier this week when he became one of the latest celebrities to join popular micro-blogging Web site, Twitter.

“Hello to the Twitter Nation...I said I wouldn't do this. I'm on the set. Ashton and Demi did it!! If you can't beat em join em! Here goes!!!” Usher explained in a Tweet on May 18.

Usher will also have a small role in the film "Five Killers" alongside actors Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl.

Fabolous To Release Autobiographical Film Along With New Album "Loso's Way" On June 30

The rapper Fabolous has never really been one to show his personal side, but according to a press release, he will do just that on June 30 when he releases what the label is dubbing as his "autobiographical" album. "Loso's Way" is Fab's 17-track offering, lyrically chronicling the Desert Storm/Def Jam artist's rise to fame.

Fabolous is also releasing a 30-minute film to accompany the album, which will be Fab's first long-form video project. In an interview with SOHH.com, Fab says he was inspired by the ever-so-popular-amongst-rap-artists film, Carlito's Way. "Carlito was a street dude, trying to make the transition from the streets to something better," he said. "That's where I felt I was at...transitioning from the streets to a hip-hop artist."

The album features production by Streetrunner, Justice League, Tricky, Sean C. and L.V., and Jermaine Dupri. "Loso's Way" is also loaded with guest appearances. Fab enlists the help of Jay-Z, Keri Hilson, Jeremih, Ne-Yo, and Trey Songz, among others.

"Loso's Way" will be Fab's fifth album, since he debuted in the rap game back in 2001 with the certified-platinum, "Ghetto Fabolous."

T-Wayne Album Coming To Fruition, 12 Songs Completed For Project So Far.

With Lil Wayne doing rock and T-Pain making an appearance on “Aqua Teen Hunger Force,” one would suspect that the pair’s “T-Wayne” project would never see the light of day. However, the artist formally known as ‘Teddy P’ begs to differ.

“We got 12 songs right now,” he told MTV News. “We going slow; there's no rush. It can come out whenever. We're gonna keep it pushing, however. It's gonna be pushed.”

Due to their hectic schedules, the two artists have not had the time to be in the studio simultaneously, but according to T-Pain they are still completing songs.

“He's sending me blank tracks, I'm sending him blank tracks,” T-Pain said last year in regards to the album. “He's sending me tracks with hooks; I'm sending him tracks with hooks. It's just our hectic schedules are keeping us from recording. ... But we both have studios on the bus. So we take that tour bus anywhere we go — it's a done deal.”

Software Review (HP Pavilion a6750y)

The good:

Strong multitasking performance; 8GB of RAM a bargain at this price; wireless networking; room to upgrade.

The bad:

Unimpressive single application scores; clunky hard-drive cage.

The bottom line:

HP's Pavilion a6750y highlights the multitasking benefits of a mainstream quad-core CPU. It's also a fairly stable base on which to build a more capable system. You can find desktops with more raw performance out there, but this one is a reliable multitasker for the dollar.

Software Reviews (Adobe Creative Suite 4)

The good: The dozen applications in the Adobe CS4 Master Collection sport streamlined interfaces and integration for designing and editing images, Web pages, mobile sites, desktop apps, animation, film, and print layouts, and support the latest digital formats.

The bad: These costly, heavy-duty applications take long to install, are hard to learn, and hog resources; personal tech support can exceed the price of some applications; some apps, such as Photoshop, offer few compelling reasons for most users to upgrade.

The bottom line: The CS4 Master Collection contains every application in the Adobe Creative Suite. Although priced for serious professionals, it's a relative bargain compared with buying each ingredient piecemeal.

Ok, so today is monday and i am frustrated already, not by my job but with women..How can a woman be with a man for years and not give herself to him 100%, not submit or by serving him hand and foot but in other ways..Emotional, Mental, and Sexual....The woman wants us men to do that to them and be happy about it, but when us men want 1 more than the other it a big damn deal...Women are sensative creatures and we love them but make love to me when i ask and even when i don't ask....Stop talking over me when I am talking to you about how I feel and my feelings.......Not sure why a woman does what she does and say what she say's....I guess thats on question we will never have the answer for....

BOOOO HOOO FOR LEBRON......

LeBron James walked off the court, head down, brushing off a few pieces of confetti. He ignored the few taunts by Magic fans and took one last look at the crowd without muttering a word.

A scintillating series by the NBA's MVP was washed away by his not-so-supporting cast, as the Cleveland Cavaliers were eliminated Saturday night with a 103-90 loss to the Orlando Magic in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals.

James dressed quickly in the locker room, put on headphones and went to the team bus without talking to reporters. In obvious frustration, he let his play do all the talking.

James had 25 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in his least spectacular game of the series. He went scoreless in the second quarter, allowing the Magic to go ahead by 18 points at the half with little help from teammates.

James averaged more than 38 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the series, performances that are almost unmatched in league history. But he is starving for a wingman.

All-Star Mo Williams was supposed to provide James with a go-to scorer. The Cavs were counting on Delonte West to be a prominent shooter under pressure, and a healthy Zydrunas Ilgauskas was expected to be a solid inside presence.

His unforgettable, buzzer-beating 3-pointer saved Cleveland in Game 2. James had 21 points in the second half -- 17 in the fourth quarter -- in Game 5 and had a hand in 31 straight Cleveland points. He finished with 37 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists in that game to become the first player since Oscar Robertson in 1963 to have such numbers in a playoff game.

"I don't think it was just LeBron that was tired," Cavs coach Mike Brown said. "I think it was everybody out on that floor. And LeBron logged 45 minutes for us."
James has all summer to think about the series.

The Cavs will surely try to sign James to an extension this offseason before he can opt out of his contract in the summer of 2010. Whether the Akron, Ohio, native will re-sign now -- or ever -- with the Cavs will remain a mystery until then.

The Cavs were desperate for baskets throughout the conference finals, often letting James go 1-on-5 against the Magic in hopes he could find a way to win. But that only worked for so long.

"It's very frustrating," Williams said. "I think we both had a 50-50 chance of winning this series. I don't think we was overmatched. They put us in a tough predicament."

WELL HE HAS A HOME HERE IN NYC........
